At FeedSlowly, shipping is one of the most important parts of our store. Our goal is simple: get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
Once you place an order, we process it within 2–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your country and location. You’ll find an estimated delivery time listed on each product page.
On average, orders arrive within 6–14 business days, including order processing and shipping.
Shipping Costs
Most of our products come with free shipping. If a product is eligible, you’ll see a “Free Shipping” tag on the product page.
For items that don’t include free shipping, the shipping cost will be clearly calculated and shown at checkout—no surprises.

Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed as lost or stolen by the carrier, we’ll take full responsibility and provide a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Make sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
